Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
Outpatient, Non-profit
- $110-135k based on experience
- Site hours of operation: Mon 8 am – 6 pm, Tues-Thurs 8 am – 4:30 pm, Fri 8 am – 3pm
- Staff: currently 1 pediatrician, 1 future pediatrician (ours starting in March), 2-4 other NPs/PAs

Requirements:
- CT State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Must have pediatrics experience
- Connecticut Controlled Substance license and DEA license
- BLS Certification
