Plastic Surgeon – Dermatology  

Location: Long Island, NY
Schedule: Open to full-time or part-time
Monday–Friday | No weekends
Office hours typically between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $350,000 – $450,000

  • Salary commensurate with experience

  • Bonus opportunities available


About the Role

A high-volume, well-established dermatology practice is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join its multidisciplinary team. This role offers access to a large, built-in patient base, advanced technology, and strong internal referral streams.

The Plastic Surgeon will collaborate closely with dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, and advanced practice providers, with a focus on reconstructive closures, cosmetic procedures, and excisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in accordance with established medical, ethical, and professional standards

  • Perform plastic and reconstructive procedures, including closures for skin cancer cases

  • Collaborate with dermatology and Mohs surgery teams

  • Participate in cosmetic and reconstructive services supported by internal referrals

  • Maintain accurate documentation and deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • MD or DO

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible

  • Active medical license

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, patient-focused setting
