Program Representative

Pay: $24–$25/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred, Not Required

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Representative to support clients in federal and state rental assistance programs. This role includes managing a caseload, completing annual reviews, verifying eligibility, and communicating regularly with participants and landlords. Strong organization and customer service skills are essential.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete annual re-certifications for clients to ensure continued housing assistance

  • Schedule and conduct client meetings; verify income, assets, and household information

  • Calculate rent and subsidy amounts and enter accurate data into required software

  • Conduct orientations for new program participants

  • Process changes such as income updates, moves, and rent increases

  • Communicate with clients, landlords, and partner agencies

  • Maintain organized files, documentation, and reports

  • Review program compliance and report issues when needed

  • Stay up to date with training and program requirements

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in housing, social services, or related work

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Reliable transportation

  • Must complete required HUD/DHCD training within one year

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
