This would be for someone familiar with construction and specifically flooring, comfortable with blue prints, supervising installation in the field, estimating projects etc-
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to Read Blueprints and Perform Estimating Function
- Direct Contact with Vendors to Obtain pricing
- Prepare quotes for Flooring Work
- Supervising Installers and Field Installations
- Interfacing with Warehouse to Insure Timely Delivery to Job Sites
- Interfacing with Accounting to Insure Proposals- Quotes- Invoices All in Line
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years PM experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Supervisory
- Flooring Experience a Plus
- Construction Experience a Plus
