Pay: $45-50/hour
Schedule: Contract assignment, mid-September to end of 2025 (covering paternity leave)
Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM
*Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote
Tech equipment will be provided
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of project manager experience required, start-up experience is a plus
- Project management certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Scrum, etc.) is strongly preferred
- Implementation experience onboarding mid- and large-sized clients strongly preferred
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 15%)
Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing offsite projects
- Experience operating with Agile teams particularly in the context of delivering technology initiatives or efforts that require technology
- Proven success in coordinating complex projects from conception to delivery
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills
- Ruthlessly organized and skills to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and uncertainty
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence to hold colleagues accountable to deadlines and deliverables
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new clients into the company’s programs and systems timely and seamlessly
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Ensure assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards
- Perform various coordinating tasks such as scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Help prepare budgets
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Coordinate execution and submission of required forms and paperwork (contracts and terms of agreement)
