Responsibilities
- Running projects for all aspects from budget, projections, site meetings, manpower scheduling, and drawing review.
- Understand the flow process for fabrication to installation
- Understand PDF and BIM model drawings
- Reporting: Monthly reporting for projections, balance of work, scheduling work.
- Ad Hoc: Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed relating around project management role and common responsibilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in project manager responsibilities.
- Prior construction company experience required.
- Strong organization abilities required
- Ability to work efficient and independent
- Comfortable working with multiple projects
- Software (desired, but not required): Spectrum, Smartsheet, Fabsuite, Microsoft Office
- Effective communicator verbally and documenting via email.
- Detailed oriented in schedule planning and be effective for onsite meetings and planning.
