We have partnered with a multi-generational real estate management company out of NYC that oversees roughly 11,000 residential and 300 commercial units in 350 buildings over the 5 boroughs and Westchester counties.
They are looking for a Property Manager to oversee roughly 15 buildings in the Bronx and need someone with Section 8/Tax Credit experience who can walk right into the role.
They will help with Leasing but they will not handle recertifications or the budget.
Occupancy is good, no/little delinquencies, no major maintenance issues.
Company uses BJ Murray as their software (also office products).
Salary $80-90K
Heath/dental, 2 wks PTO, 1-4 wks vacation (based on seniority), phone allowance, nothing for car allowance (all buildings are in the area)
