Property Manager

We have partnered with a national property management company who is looking for a seasoned Affordable Housing Property Manager for a 5-6 month contract.

This position will oversee a small team in 2 in the Hartford area totaling 161 total units.

The position is paying $34-38/hour with a schedule of 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

In this position, you will need to have a COS and LIHTC certiciation as well as proven managerial experience of 3+ years.  Use of RealPage software is helpful.

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A COMMUNITY MANAGER

Show your team the way toward meeting business objectives: ensuring your property meets budgeted profitability and is in compliance with all regulations.
Help your team flourish through coaching and development, helping them achieve their professional goals while tracking toward your own.
Set annual property budget in partnership with Regional Manager.
Develop and execute SMART action plans to improve property revenue and minimize controllable expenses; ensure property performs at or exceeding annual budget.
Lead consistent team communication and host team meetings to align toward business goals.
Manage resident relations and requests, including conflict resolution, while maintaining a strong sense of community.
Oversee and provide guidance to maintenance staff; manage invoice and payment processing.
Partner with property support teams (e.g., Compliance, HR, Facilities) to address concerns and for assistance as needed to advance the business.
Manage compliance requests from government/regulatory agencies in partnership with Regional Compliance team.

…Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
