Essential Job Functions

  • Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers
  • Track warranties and returns
  • Review purchasing agreements with our vendors and project managers and maintain open lines of communication
  • Maintain strong working relationship with our vendors and project managers
  • Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery
  • Cross-reference product deliveries with purchase orders
  • Ensure that purchases adhere to the departmental budget

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain administration
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
