Essential Job Functions
- Prepare purchase orders and send order requests to suppliers
- Track warranties and returns
- Review purchasing agreements with our vendors and project managers and maintain open lines of communication
- Maintain strong working relationship with our vendors and project managers
- Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery
- Cross-reference product deliveries with purchase orders
- Ensure that purchases adhere to the departmental budget
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain administration
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
