Hiring for a Senior Recruiter for a growing company based out of Framingham.
Description:
Fully remote positon
Full time hours supporting EST normal business hours 8-4 or 9-5
Minimum 5 years of recent full cycle recruiting required.
Pay: $40-45/hr
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 plus years full Recruitment Lifecycle or Sourcing experience
• Sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling
• Talent assessment and influencing skills
• Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience and comfort communicating with all levels of leadership
• Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
