Hiring for a Recruiter role with a company in Framingham, MA

This is a remote position to cover the influx of requests. Ideally looking for local candidates in case the position does have an opportunity to go perm. Just contract for now though.
Full time position supporting EST normal business hours M-F 8-4 or 9-5

The Recruiter position is part of our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise based in our Framingham, MA headquarters. This on-site or remote based position will support the in-house execution of external searches for management positions in all of our store brands as well as select District and Regional positions. The Recruiter is responsible for the research, identification, engagement and qualification of talent leads. They will create targeted sourcing strategies and plans to support specific searches as well as pipeline searches for positions in TJX locations across the country. She/he will utilize in-house tools (ATS), networks, social media, research methods, cold-calling, and talent mapping to source passive candidates. Through competitive intelligence gathering, will maintain on-going knowledge of retail and business function landscape. The Recruiter will engage directly with Hiring Teams, Talent Acquisition Leadership, Human Resources Business Partners and other key internal business stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities:
• Influence, consult, collaborate and be a thought leader to Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition leaders and peers
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned buildings/geographic areas
• Develop actionable strategies and staffing plans to support hiring needs, leverage internal and external resources to meet plans
• Source, engage and assess talent
• Build robust talent pipelines
• Deliver best in class hiring experience to all stakeholders including candidates, Hiring Managers and other business partners
• Communicate plans and activities proactively
• Anticipate challenges and obstacles
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 plus years full Recruitment Lifecycle or Sourcing experience
• Sourcing experience to include internet, research and cold calling
• Talent assessment and influencing skills
• Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience and comfort communicating with all levels of leadership
• Strong organizational and follow through skills, with focus on attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities
