- Temporary Recruiter role, 4 – 6 week assignment
- Minimum of 25 hours, Maximum of 30 hours per week (Monday through Friday, regular business hours)
- Location is in Dover, DE (Governor’s Avenue)
- Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in office; they can otherwise work remotely (we will provide them with a laptop and cell phone)
- QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, required (but a BA is highly preferred!)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with high volume processing
- Preference for candidates with a background in healthcare, Human Services, and/or I/DD
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Only processing candidate management in the ATS (DayForce)
- Phone screens
- Routing to Managers for interview
- Processing offer letters
