Hiring for a Recruiting and Training Coordinator.
Role primarily consists of posting job openings, setting up interviews and handling onboarding paperwork for new hires.
Pay: $27/hr
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5pm
The HR Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of HR and provide support throughout the recruitment lifecycle to deliver a consistent experience to all candidates. The team works directly with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners daily to assist in our mission to attractive and acquire top talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedules interviews, coordinates candidate travel arrangements and administers reference checks and background checks applying best practices consistently with each process and candidate.
• Utilizes Talent Acquisition tools and resources, such as the Applicant Tracking System, to ensure up to date candidate information as well as consistency.
• Creates interview schedules, offer letters and distributes new hire paperwork in an efficient and consistent manner.
• Is mindful of expenses when coordinating candidate travel, meals and other projects.
• Delivers a consistent candidates experience including communication with candidates and leaders.
• Demonstrates outstanding planning, routines, calendar management and a sense of urgency to staff open positions.
• Opportunity to conduct basic candidate assessments as aligned to the job description and requirements as needed at the request of the recruiter.
• Acts as a business partner and liaison to both recruiters and hiring managers.
• Works collaboratively with other staffing coordinators to manage workload and priorities.
