Recruiting/HR Specialist

The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support the firm’s growth. The individual will partner with hiring managers, leverage recruitment best practices, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions within the firm
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates through direct sourcing and referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide insights into candidate pipelines, and market trends
  • Own the offer process, partnering with internal stakeholders to structure competitive offer packages
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience 
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent through various channels, including direct sourcing and professional networks

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to structure complex offer packages
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
