Location: Lawrence MA
Schedule: PT (24hpw) and rotates weekly, see below
Week 1:
Monday 3pm-9pm, Tuesday 3pm-9pm, Wednesday 3pm-9pm, Thursday 3pm-9pm
Week 2:
Sunday 8:30am-5pm, Monday 3pm-9pm, Tuesday 3pm-9pm, Wednesday 3pm-9pm
Pay: $50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Safely administers and accurately documents immunizations and medications.
- Reviews lab results and determines next steps for care.
- Triages walk-in patients and patients over the phone.
- Provides patient education.
- Provides wound care treatment.
- Performs mental exams (SLUMS, RUDAS MOCA).
- Performs purified protein derivative (PPD) testing.
- Conducts functional assessments.
- Conducts vision screenings.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish and English (Required).
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current MA RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
