Vaccine RN
Assignment: Temp to possible hire
Location: Haverhill MA
Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm, Tuesdays until 6:30pm
Pay: $50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Safely administers and accurately documents immunizations and medications.
- Reviews lab results and determines next steps for care.
- Triages walk-in patients and patients over the phone.
- Provides patient education.
- Provides wound care treatment.
- Performs mental exams (SLUMS, RUDAS MOCA).
- Performs purified protein derivative (PPD) testing.
- Conducts functional assessments.
- Conducts vision screenings.
Qualifications
- Active MA RN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- MUST have vaccine experience or community health experience
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
