Residential Program Director – Latency Group Home
Location: Springfield, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 am – 5pm generally, must be flexible to work early/late/occasional weekends as needed for operational reasons
Salary: $62,000
About the Role
The Residential Program Director is responsible for the overall operation and delivery of clinical, residential, and medical services within the latency-age group home. This includes supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of service delivery

Supervise Residential Supervisors and provide regular staff supervision and support

Develop and monitor quality performance indicators

Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards

Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and procedures

Participate in on-call rotation and provide crisis support when necessary

Maintain certifications including CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI, and MAP (training provided if needed)
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience in a residential setting

Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles

Familiarity with child protective systems and applicable state regulations

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must pass CORI, DCF, and driving background checks
