Residential Program Director – Latency Group Home
Location: Springfield, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9 am – 5pm generally, must be flexible to work early/late/occasional weekends as needed for operational reasons 
Salary: $62,000


About the Role

The Residential Program Director is responsible for the overall operation and delivery of clinical, residential, and medical services within the latency-age group home. This includes supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery

  • Supervise Residential Supervisors and provide regular staff supervision and support

  • Develop and monitor quality performance indicators

  • Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with leadership to implement policies and procedures

  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide crisis support when necessary

  • Maintain certifications including CPR, First Aid, AED, CPI, and MAP (training provided if needed)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience in a residential setting

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles

  • Familiarity with child protective systems and applicable state regulations

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Must pass CORI, DCF, and driving background checks
