Residential Therapist
Location: Bristow, VA
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year
Direct Hire
Hours: Full?time; specific days may vary based on program needs
Responsibilities
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent residents
• Complete assessments, safety planning, and treatment documentation
• Deliver crisis intervention and support as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with staff and families
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Build effective professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work (required)
• Licensed or license?eligible in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work)
• Experience working with adolescents and families in a clinical setting
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
