RN Clinical Manager, Vascular Surgery

  • $110-130k based on experience
  • Typically M-F 35 hours/week, 9-5 give or take, ONSITE
  • Permanent/direct hire with benefits (PTO, medical, dental, retirement, and more!)
  • Outpatient, Vascular Procedural Room (will be seeing minimally invasive procedures)
  • Reports to: Chief of Vascular Surgery and Division Administrator
  • Direct reports: 5

Summary: Responsible for the management of the overall operations of the Vascular Surgery AAAASF Office Based Lab (OBL)/Angio Suite, including but not limited to, quality assurance and patient care, financial management, physician relations, safety & risk management, equipment maintenance and inventory. Ensures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, AAAASF standards and compliance with other regulatory agency standards for supervising the nursing staff, including the Scrub and Radiology technicians.

Requirements:

  • 5 – 10 years experience in ICU/PACU, recovery setting
  • Experience with QUAD A accreditation process
  • Must be comfortable with administrative paperwork for accreditation
  • Management/mentorship experience
  • Independence and ability to work with surgeons
