We’re seeking an experienced nursing leader to step into an RN Executive role at an inpatient behavioral health hospital. You’ll oversee nursing operations across multiple inpatient units, guiding a large clinical team while helping shape strategy and performance at the hospital level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead nursing operations across 5 inpatient units (adult + adolescent programs, 88 beds total).
  • Directly oversee RN Directors and provide leadership to 100+ RNs, LPNs, and counselors.
  • Partner with the CNO and COO on strategy, policy development, and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in patient care quality and safety.
  • Manage key administrative functions including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and workflow planning.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical partners to achieve shared goals and system improvements.
  • Support professional growth for nursing staff, ensuring strong onboarding and ongoing development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • RN license (MA or eligibility to obtain).
  • Bachelor’s in Nursing required.
  • Inpatient psychiatric hospital experience (required)

  • Strong administrative background: operations, budget, compliance, and staff management.

Why This Role:

  • Opportunity to step into executive-level nursing leadership.
  • Hands-on collaboration with an engaged, experienced leadership team.
  • Clear pathway for growth into a future CNO role.
  • Relocation assistance and full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more.
