Summary: Responsible for stepping in and being trained in product sales procedures, helping, and communicating to customers, and work as part of a sales force to combine efforts in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals. Responsibilities: ? Work with senior management to generate and manage sales relationships for B2B accounts ? Identify, initiate, develop, and maintain relationship with new prospective clients ? Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods ? Conduct extensive research and create new opportunities to expand business ? Make phone calls (price and delivery) for inside sales staff and cross reference customer part numbers ? Participate in sales meetings through the creation of weekly selling reports identifying best and worst sellers for your accounts and analyzing trends ? Type formal quotes, enter and confirm orders, and find paperwork for problem orders or changes ? Maintain Breadman accounts, mail line cards, catalogs, and samples ? Maintain sales tools (order tear sheets, catalogs, finish samples, etc.) on sales floor and order when needed ? Other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: ? Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships ? Willing to learn internal programs and systems to the level of fluency ? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Education, Experience, Licenses, and Certifications: ? High school diploma needed; Associate degree preferred ? One year or more of related experience
