Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer- Base 65-70k, Commision after temp period. Should be making 120k after year one. Mon-Fri 8-5pm Will Interview next week anytime  

Responsibilities:

  • Shadowing existing sales team to learn Tank business & customers.
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
  • Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
  • Collaborating with team members to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
  • Analyzing sales and marketing metrics to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
  • Prospect and identify new leads
  • Engage with prospects and customers to educate them on MT product offerings
  • Generate quotes and follow up with quotes
  • Perform necessary tasks to support sales process
  • Generate approval drawings as required
  • Support team as needed with projects and sales activity
  • Engage with core MT team to learn steel tank business
  • Support Marketing activities – trade shows, classes, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role.
  • Proven experience working in sales or marketing.
  • Experience developing industrial solutions
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
  • CAD Experience Drawing & Drafting is a plus
  • Experience & comfort with HubSpot or CRM
  • Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-starter
  • Team player
