Sales Operations Analyst

Job Description
Responsibilities include the following:

  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests to support Global Sales and Sales Operations teams
  • Work in partnership with Sales Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to gather data for various internal and external audits on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Process 3rd party commissions monthly.
  • Handle day-to-day office activities and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following: 

    • Multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
    • Good interpersonal skills to interface with a wide variety of internal customers
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
