Sales Support Administrator

To assist sales managers with quotes and projects (administrative support). To work with colleagues to help the department and company run smoothly. 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
1. Create quotes to assist machine sales managers. 
2. Create and maintain specific spreadsheets for statistical purposes (i.e.) Orders Chart; packing/freight; stock machines; random quote analysis for certain customers to show various machines; export quote or specific sales 
related documentation from SAP.  
4. Create cost calculation sheets for each project and update with change orders throughout project. 
5.  Maintain Black Book Spreadsheet to retain projects digitally which entails all the sales administration side start to finish. Track technical documents/milestones for projects. Follow up SPP for customer after converted from EA quotes to SP dept. when applicable. 
6.  Create customers for SAP system. 
7.  Create invoices in Great Plains according to billing schedule throughout 
8.  Maintain Doxis software for new offers, layouts, drawings, etc. 

10. Assist AR with collections. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 

  Work requires, in addition to the skills normally acquired through a general high school education, specialized or technical training which may be obtained in high school commercial or shop courses, or by a relatively brief period (more than six months but less than one year) of intensive preparation outside of school. 
 Microsoft Office applications preferred. SAP knowledge a plus.
