This position will have an active role in the monthly financial reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections.
Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities:
?Assist the Controller with the preparation of the individual company and consolidating companies? financial statements.
?Assist in the budget & reforecast process.
?Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations per the direction of the Controller.
?Maintain budget and reforecast information in our financial reporting system.
?Evaluate profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization as needed.
?Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
?Analyze various intercompany allocations.
?Prepare annual workpapers to be provided to external auditors.
?Review projects and service orders recap reports and determine issues for further analysis/correction.
?Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required.
Hiring Requirements:
?Master?s degree in a relevant field or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
?Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) license or ability to obtain within two years of employment.
?10+ years? experience in financial reporting, construction accounting, consolidation and financial analysis.
?Demonstrated experience within the construction industry and utilizing construction ERP(s).
?Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
?Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills, able to manage multiple projects and complete them accurately and on time.
?Proven strong communication, follow-through, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
?Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
?Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
