Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with prospective clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

Support property revenue and cultural objectives with integrity and professionalism.

Leverage existing relationships to introduce new business opportunities to the hotel.

Identify and pursue new leads through proactive prospecting, sales calls, trade shows, industry events, and familiarization trips.

Respond promptly to inquiries and nurture long-term client relationships through personalized service and consistent communication.

Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and economic factors to strategically sell against the competition.

Maintain expert knowledge of hotel venues, amenities, and services, providing tailored recommendations that elevate each guest experience.

Prepare detailed proposals, draft contracts, and manage all follow-up communications to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

Track and record all sales activity, including appointments, calls, and leads, in a timely and organized manner.

Collaborate with broader sales teams to expand business opportunities and strengthen brand presence.

Demonstrate initiative and creativity to go beyond expectations, fostering guest loyalty and setting the property apart from competitors.
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales and marketing experience, preferably in a leadership capacity.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.

Proven success in major urban markets; Boston experience preferred.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.
