Job Description Overview:
- The Senior Manager of Website & Digital Marketing will oversee the digital and web presence, including websites, email marketing, social media, blogs, apps, podcasts, video campaigns, and web/social analytics.
- This role involves managing a team of two direct reports and collaborating with vendors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategy.
- Manage web content and design.
- Develop and oversee video and multimedia strategy.
- Analyze and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for effectiveness.
- Implement social media strategy across various platforms.
- Drive search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
- Oversee the blog program and email marketing strategy.
- Serve as the primary liaison to digital marketing vendors.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional analytical skills for gathering and synthesizing research data.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Expertise in email marketing best practices and compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO concepts and techniques.
- Familiarity with web-based CMS and HTML editing software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; equivalent experience may substitute.
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
