Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Treasury Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for a treasury professional with a strong background in managing high-volume transactions, experience with diverse banking platforms, and a proactive approach to process improvement. The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for supporting global treasury operations, ensuring compliance with SOX controls, and driving operational efficiency across our cash management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting across multiple domestic and international accounts
- Execute high-volume domestic and international wire transfers accurately and in a timely manner
- Administer and maintain access to multiple bank portals, including onboarding, entitlements, and user management
- Serve as the main liaison with banking partners to resolve transaction issues, optimize banking services, and support audits
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements related to treasury functions
- Partner with Accounting, AP/AR, and other departments to ensure smooth cash operations and reconciliation
- Assist in optimizing liquidity structures and cash pooling arrangements across global entities
- Contribute to treasury process improvements, automation efforts, and treasury system enhancements
- Support treasury-related audits and documentation, including policy and procedure updates
- Participate in strategic projects as needed, including banking RFPs, system implementations, and treasury integrations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required)
- Minimum 3 years of treasury experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on experience with multiple bank platforms and portals
- Experience with international wire transfers and foreign exchange transactions (preferred)
- Bank portal administration experience (e.g., user access, entitlements, security tokens)
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks
- CTP certification preferred, or actively pursuing CTP within the next 6–12 months
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus but not required
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with treasury workstations or ERP systems is a plus
