Service Center Specialist

Title: Employee Service Specialist
Location: Remote (East coast applicants only)
Assignment: 10/1/2024 – 11/30/2024 (~9 weeks)
Pay: $25-30/hr DOE

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience such as Associate’s degree in a related field and two (2) years of Human Resources or relevant business experience.
  • Three (3) years of Human Resources or relevant business experience.
  • Experience with Workday.

Job Overview
This position is responsible for receiving, addressing, and escalating questions via the Employee Service Center.  The role will provide exceptional high-volume HR customer service support, to our workforce while applying superior client-focus, communication, and organizational skills focused on the employee experience. Strong detail orientation and analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success within the department.
