Salary: $135,000–$145,000 
Schedule: Outpatient, full-time | No nights, weekends, or call!
Locations: Floating between Westchester and Manhattan 

Join a leading Orthopedics program as a Physician Assistant supporting two orthopedic surgeons who treat shoulder, elbow, and sports-related injuries in patients of all ages. This is an outpatient-focused role with strong mentorship, professional growth, and autonomy over time.
You’ll start with shared clinic time for onboarding and case review, with the goal of managing your own independent patient panel for non-operative sports care (injections, shoulder/elbow/hip/knee). 
What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients
  • Manage pre- and post-operative visits and provide patient education
  • Perform injections, order imaging, and prescribe treatments as appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, residents, nurses, and other staff
  • Participate in clinical research and mentor NP students as desired

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed PA New York (or eligible)
  • National certification and DEA registration
  • Orthopedic or sports medicine experience preferred (new grads welcome)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
