Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

A well-established national organization is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team. This individual will be a key contributor in modernizing and streamlining manual AP processes while ensuring high standards of accuracy and vendor service. The role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to bring real change to a collaborative, long-standing AP team.

Top Priorities:

  • Bring 3–5 years of AP experience, ideally from a fast-paced, multi-entity environment

  • Hands-on invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment cycles

  • Strong NetSuite skills is not required but ideal — bonus points for anyone who can leverage it to reduce manual work

  • Analyze and streamline current AP processes, identify areas for automation

  • Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to improve workflow

  • Provide excellent service to vendors and internal teams

  • Upload and verify invoice data, assist with reporting and audits

Must-Haves:

  • 3–5 years of AP or general finance experience

  • Experience with NetSuite or other large ERP systems

  • Confidence working independently and proactively identifying ways to improve processes
