Success Coordinator
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM PST
- Duration: Temporary assignment until June
Responsibilities:
Address any questions, concerns, or obstacles the client may be facing.
o Provide solutions or guidance to help the client continue their journey with confidence.
o Schedule the next follow-up calls for the customers which will their Progress Advisor to continue the client’s development.
- Client Touchpoints & Support:
- Assist clients with in-app support or any additional touchpoints they may need throughout their journey.
- Provide timely follow-up and ensure clients are progressing smoothly through the program.
- High-Volume Call Handling:
- Manage and attend to a higher number of client calls compared to other staff, due to the specialized focus on the client journey.
- Maintain a strong client-focused approach while balancing multiple calls and responsibilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable conducting video calls via Zoom.
- Ability to quickly learn and master new software and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of calls and tasks.
- Customer-centric attitude, with the ability to provide a high level of service.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in customer success, client relations, or support.
- Experience with CRM, Mobile apps or client management platforms.
- Comfort with conducting virtual meetings and managing client relationships via video calls.
Pay: $23/hr
