Surgical Scheduler

- Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Position Duties:
- Assist in scheduling surgical procedures and managing the calendar for surgeons and operating rooms
- Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring they are informed about their surgery dates, pre-operative instructions, and any necessary documentation
- Coordinate with various departments to confirm availability of resources and staff for surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner
- Support the surgical team with administrative tasks as required to facilitate smooth operations
Pay Rate:
- $23 – 25/ Hour – Depending on Experience
