Hiring for a Program Coordinator/Surgical Scheduler for a healthcare clinic in Boston, MA. This if for an infertility/IVF/family planning clinic. Hybrid 3 days on-site/2 days remote after 90 days of training.
MUST have EPIC experience and at least one year of surgical scheduling experience. OBGYN scheduling will be considered.
Schedule: M-F 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $28/hour
Summary:
- Responsible for coordinating surgical cases as well as pre-post op care
- Monitor activities involving surgical scheduling processes
- Ensure operational efficiency
- Facilitate scheduling with patients to guarantee procedure information, timelines, insurance coverages
- Identifies and escalates issues and risks of surgeries and recommends solutions
- Organizes meetings and events
- Conducts research and maintains and analyzes data in the system
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
At least 1 year of recent surgical scheduling experience
Epic experience
Spanish a strong plus
