A respected, mission-driven organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the optimization of recruitment systems, tools, and processes across a high-volume, distributed hiring environment. This fully remote role plays a critical part in enhancing the efficiency, automation, and impact of the Talent function, with a focus on improving both candidate and recruiter experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead improvements across the TA tech stack, including automation tools, CRM workflows, scheduling platforms, and AI integrations

  • Evaluate and redesign recruitment workflows to streamline and elevate the hiring process end-to-end

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on the execution of new systems and process upgrades

  • Deliver training and change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of new TA technologies and practices

  • Use data to drive candidate experience improvements and inform leadership on system performance

  • Perform regular audits and own documentation for SOPs related to TA systems and processes

Ideal Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ years in TA operations or tech/process optimization

  • Expertise in recruiting systems, CRM integration, and scalable automation strategies

  • Strong communication and project management skills with a track record of driving system enhancements

  • Experience leading rollouts of recruiting tools and technology, with measurable impact on performance and hiring timelines
