Therapeutic Day Program Director
Openings: 2 (Springfield & Westfield, MA)
Schedule: Full-time (weekdays, some evenings)
Salary: $60,000
Overview:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a Therapeutic Day Program that provides a safe, structured environment for youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. This leadership role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a therapeutic atmosphere that fosters growth and social-emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support program staff

Ensure compliance with agency and contract policies

Approve treatment plans, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation

Provide crisis support and clinical oversight as needed

Oversee client intakes and program admissions

Facilitate staff meetings and trainings

Travel locally as needed
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience working with youth with emotional/behavioral needs

2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
