Timekeeping System Administrator

About the Role

The Timekeeping System Administrator is an integral part of the firm’s Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for leading the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the timekeeping system to suit firm policies and processes, while ensuring system set-ups are properly maintained and updated in line with the firm’s timekeeping needs. This role will be located in either our New York, Boston, or Washington D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence and may have higher in-office expectations during the training period. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Leading system upgrades from discovery, construction build, and testing, in addition to cutover activities for all future implementations
  • Identifying system improvements and enhancements and leading the execution of delivering on identified solutions
  • Developing and supporting additional timekeeping modules such as data integrations, mobile applications, and timecard machines
  • Raising problems and assisting with resolving application issues with system vendors
  • Defining and creating reports through analytics or data views

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Display understanding of how HR systems interact and integrate with the timekeeping system
  • Demonstrate Human Resources Information System (HRIS) knowledge
  • Exhibit the ability to design, configure, and maintain timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, and reporting

And have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a minimum of five (5) years of HR or HR Systems experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the timekeeping system Kronos is required. 
  • A minimum of five (5) years of Human Resources experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience with implementing a relevant timekeeping system
