International Law Firm seeks experienced trademark paralegal. This person will assist support attorneys with Trademark and Copyright Prosecution AND Litigation.
Candidates must have experience:
- Preparing and file U.S. trademark prosecution and maintenance documents
- Must have trademark search experience
- TTAB and WIPO experience needed
- Copyright experience a plus
- 4+ years of experience
The role is in office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week. Salary is $85,000-130,000 depending on experience.
