About the Role
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its busy and growing practice. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless administration of estates and trusts, from initial intake through final accounting, while maintaining the highest standards of client service.
Key Responsibilities

Guide clients and attorneys through each stage of estate and trust administration.

Prepare, file, and track probate documents—petitions, inventories, accountings, and related court filings—ensuring compliance with all local and state requirements.

Review estate planning documents, including Wills and Trusts, for accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with fiduciaries, financial advisors, court officials, creditors, and opposing counsel to move matters forward efficiently.

Maintain organized case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements

3–5 years of experience in estate and trust law

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
