Hours: M-F 9:00am – 5:45pm – fully onsite

Ideal Candidate:
- Looking for someone with Loan/underwriting experience
- Needs some sort of real estate experience/background (whether having worked at a Title Company, Underwriter, Bank/Lender, etc.).
- Helpful to know what a mortgage is.
Summary:
Responsible for reviewing moderate to difficult title documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review search data provided by customers/abstractors for completeness and accuracy.
- Type and/or review all products offered within the department (Ownership Reports, MCRs, Commitments and any other products offered).
- Consistently meet and exceed minimum production goals set for the position.
- Ability to manage work queues and maintain/meet customer service level agreements.
- Ensure quality title reporting and meet all specified turnaround times according to customer service level agreements.
- Monitor files for completeness and recognize missing items/information.
- Expected to maintain 90% accuracy.
- Reading and understanding the daily metrics.
- Handle general internal and external customer inquiries without assistance in a timely manner as presented to you through direct email or group managed email box.
Ex: Customer requests to revise/correct report or commitment.
Ex: Other team requests to revise/correct report or commitment.
Ex: Internal questions from team member via direct email or to the group box.
- Monitor, follow-up and resolve problem files in a timely manner or elevate to appropriate manager or risk management.
- Prepare and submit daily production log.
- Assist manager in training new staff members with Production unit.
- Complies with Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and completes mandatory company compliance training by prescribed deadlines.
- At a minimum, the ability to work your scheduled work hours, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to work overtime as requested by management.
- Dependable, reliable and punctual attendance is required, which may include in-office attendance or attendance at company, industry or other events that occur outside regular business hours.
- Ability to accept supervision and direction, as well as constructive feedback.
- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person.
- Demonstrates courtesy, flexibility, professionalism and is proactive and responsive to supervisor/manager, co-workers and customer needs and expectations.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment while successfully performing under extreme time constraints and meets prescribed deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Ability to act independently with sound judgment and take initiative.

Physical/Mental Demands:

- Repetitive and continual keyboard activity and interaction with display monitors is required.
- Local/daily travel by automobile and overnight business travel by air and/or automobile, may be required.
Sedentary work: The majority of activity in this position involves sedentary work including sitting, standing, twisting, walking and the occasional need to lift or move objects.
