Qualifications

- Strong asset liability, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, a comprehensive knowledge of financial compliance, and the ability to think critically and analytically
- We expect the Vice President, Accounting to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and to be an effective leader
- This position requires a minimum of 3 years of supervising/managing and experience in a financial institution, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- The ability to manage and develop staff, analyze complex financial data and create accurate reports, and stay up-to-date on changes in financial regulations and standards is also essential
