VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING & OPERATIONS
Compensation: $225,000-$250,000 plus bonus and additional incentives

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations to lead our manufacturing operations and drive excellence across all facets of production. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader who can oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are produced efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing principles. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. The Vice President of Manufacturing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of manufacturing goals with the company’s strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous innovation in manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations, managing budgets, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will be a strong communicator, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Responsibilities

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  •  10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
  •  Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
  •  Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  •  Experience with supply chain management and logistics.
  •  Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  •  Experience with budget management and cost optimization.
