Job Description: Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop warehouse staff.
- Oversee all inbound materials, including receiving, unpacking, quality checks, and stock management.
- Manage picking, packing, and order preparation.
- Track and improve warehouse KPIs and performance.
- Ensure shipment accuracy and inventory management.
- Monitor material flow and process improvements.
- Ensure on-time delivery to customers and communicate delays.
- Maintain inventory levels and space usage.
- Conduct regular cycle counting and ensure accuracy.
- Adjust team workloads as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the warehouse.
- Order supplies and negotiate logistics as needed.
- Drive process improvements and reduce waste.
- Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, approve timecards, and oversee team performance.
- Lead warehouse teams across multiple locations, including Warehouse Team Leads and Specialists.
Education and Experience:
- Degree preferred (BS in Business, Operations, or similar).
- 5+ years in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience with inventory management, data analysis, and team management.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
