Managed Service Rep
- Monitor and enter data into TMS
- Answering telephone calls from customers, customer’s vendors or carriers.
- Call carriers for pickups and update the TMS
- Handle numerous emails from customers and vendors and communicate shipment information back to customer or vendor.
- Work on varied Logistics Reports
- Resolve rate exceptions for various customers
- Excel experience necessary
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Previous experience with a 3PL, Carrier or Shipper is a plus
- SalesForce.com platform experience a plus
- Candidates must be eligible for employment in the United States.
