Senior Financial Analyst
Boston, MA
80-95K plus bonus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and operational analysis with insights that support effective business decision making
- Provide KPI reporting including, bookings, forecasts, performance, trends and more
- Provide analysis and financial modeling in support of business initiatives, resource allocation and various KPIs
- Act as business partner to senior sales leadership
- Manage business unit’s forecast, identify trends, risks and opportunities to accurately forecast the business
- Assist in building strong operational processes that help sales teams stay productive and successful
- Assist sales leadership with quota setting and account assignments
- Create dashboards and reports from scratch, as well as refine and update existing reports
- Perform ad-hoc analysis when required
- Participate in cross-department initiatives
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4 plus years progressive finance experience, experience with sales preferred
- Self-driven and detail oriented
- Strong analytical, forecasting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize complex tasks under tight deadlines
- Clear, concise communication skills
- Ability to organize data from multiple data with data accuracy
- Ability to take initiative, collaborate with other teams, and prioritize time effectively to deliver high quality results in a timely manner
- Salesforce.com experience a must, Tableau experience a plus
- Highly advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint required
