HVAC Technician- Chiller

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, AHU’s, compressors, and VAV’s. Respond to tenant requests. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for all emergencies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, etc.). Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inventory control Perform preventative maintenance.
